Glenn Irvin is a full-time Real Estate
Broker, having served the Sulphur Springs, Texas area since 1972. He is a graduate of East
Texas State University (currently a Texas A&M University system), Commerce, Texas
--B.B.A, 1969.
Glenn is a member of the First United
Methodist Church. He is a past member of the Sulphur Springs Rotary Club for
33 years. His hobbies include his work,
golfing and vegetable gardening.

Kristi Brewer
Kristi Brewer, a native of Hopkins County , received
her Bachelor's degree from
Texas Tech University . She is also a
graduate of Sulphur Springs High School .
Kristi is married to Brandon Brewer, and they have three children.
Kristi is a member of Shannon Oaks Church and
Rotary International. For the past ten
years, she has been privileged to serve her community in many different
leadership roles. In addition, she also enjoys spending time with her
family, working outdoors and home improvement challenges.
Kristi's real estate career
began in 2005. As a Real Estate Agent, she
has successfully worked with both home buyers and
sellers to profitably list and sell homes while ensuring positive
experiences for all parties involved. Kristi is a committed and passionate
real estate professional who takes pride in putting her clients'
satisfaction above all else. Her determination and attention to detail

Mindy Skaggs graduated from Kaufman High School and attended college at
East Texas State University in Commerce (now Texas A&M-Commerce).
She is the mother of 2 boys and an active member of the the Church of the
Nazarene for the past several years.
Mindy started her career with Glenn Irvin and Company as an
administrative assistant thently acquired her own real estate license. She has 11
years of professional experience in retail sales and customer service. She
joined the team in early 2006 and is a great asset!

Tom Bagwell, originally from Greenville, has called Sulphur Springs, Texas
home for the last 20 years. He and his wife, the former Shannon McCorkle,
are members of First United Methodist Church.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M-Commerce, a Master
of Education from Stephen F. Austin University and holds a Doctorate of
Education, in progress, from the University of North Texas.
Tom worked for AT&T/Southwestern Bell for many years and Grocery Supply Co.
Inc. for several years before entering the educational field. He began his
career as a classroom teacher, advancing to Administrator in Odessa,
Lewisville, later serving as a District Director in Burnet Consolidate
School District. He has recently retired from Greenville ISD.

Brandon Harry, a native of Sulphur Springs and the Lake Fork area, is a
senior at Dallas Baptist University. He is majoring in finance, graduating
in a quick two and a half years. Brandon graduated as Salutatorian from
Sulphur Springs High School in 2009.
Determined to be of the highest caliber, Brandon approaches every task
with energy and enthusiasm. From his hobbies of marathon running and
mountain climbing to Real Estate, Brandon is relentless in his pursuit of
excellence. His inexorable drive and hard work define him daily.
