Glenn Irvin is a full-time Real Estate
Broker, having served the Sulphur Springs, Texas area since 1972. He is a graduate of East
Texas State University (currently a Texas A&M University system), Commerce, Texas
--B.B.A, 1969.
Glenn is a member of the First United
Methodist Church. He has also been a member of the Sulphur Springs Rotary Club for the
past 35 years, acting as club secretary for twelve years. His hobbies include his work,
golfing, vegetable gardening, and computers.

business having co-managed the family dairy farm with her husband, Dan. Upon
graduation from East Texas State University (currently a Texas A&M
University system), Commerce, Texas in 1981, Janet worked with a local
CPA/law firm.

Kristi Brewer
Kristi Brewer, a native of Hopkins County
received her Bachelors degree from Texas Tech University. She is also a
Sulphur Springs, Texas High School alumni.
Kristi is married with two children. She is a
current member of Shannon Oaks Church. She has been actively involved in
MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) since the birth of her first child six years
ago and has served in leadership positions for the past five years. Kristi
enjoys family time, working outdoors and home improvement challenges.
Kristi enjoys working with people and assisting
them with their real estate needs. Her intelligence, personality, people
skills and interior decorating talent are exceptional. We are very happy to
add her energy and enthusiasm to our professional team serving the real

Mindy Bearden,

Mindy Bearden
Mindy Bearden graduated from Kaufman High School and attended college at
East Texas State University in Commerce (now Texas A&M-Commerce).
She is the mother of 2 boys and an active member of the the Church of the
Nazarene for the past several years.
Mindy is the administrative assistant at Glenn Irvin and Company and
recently acquired her own real estate license. She has 11
years of professional experience in retail sales and customer service. She
joined the team in early 2006 and is a great asset!
